CALMING, PROSPERITY, AND RELATIONSHIPS
MATERIAL
Australian Blackwood (Acacia melanoxylon) is a grounding and graceful timber, celebrated not only for its rich heritage but for the deep sense of strength and stability it brings to the home. With its earthy warmth and spiritual presence, Blackwood fosters emotional balance, protection, and a strong connection to family and legacy. Its harmonising qualities invite prosperity, confidence, and inner peace—making it ideal for spaces built around love, growth, and belonging. More than just a material, Australian Blackwood carries an energy that supports transformation and enriches the moments that make a house truly feel like home.
DESCRIPTION & CONSTRUCTION
Drawing on this natural depth and warmth, John Leighton’s two-tone Australian Blackwood TV unit pairs a textured dark wood sculptural top with a low-sheen white cream satin body for a look that is both serene and refined. The top rests on four round ball legs crafted from the same dark wood, creating a cohesive and sculptural foundation. Thoughtfully handcrafted as a solid wood entertainment unit, it becomes a timeless centrepiece in any living space. Whether styled as a natural wood TV stand, light wood media cabinet, or two-tone TV console, its gentle contrast and clean lines bring emotional ease and visual clarity into your home. Built from sustainable Australian hardwood, each unit is designed to hold more than just your media—it holds intention, comfort, and the quiet luxury of meaningful living—a grounded centrepiece where everyday moments unfold and the space naturally comes together.

DISCLAIMER
Australian Blackwood is a natural material, and as such, variations in color, grain, texture, and pattern may occur. These unique characteristics are inherent to the wood, making each piece one of a kind. While we take great care in sourcing and crafting our products, minor imperfections, knots, and natural movement in the timber are part of its organic beauty and do not affect its durability or quality.
Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to order, with a considered production and finishing period of approximately 6–8 months, allowing the time required to honour the material, the craft, and the final result.
